Pre‑Enrollment Deposit

Submit a pre‑enrollment form with a deposit to claim priority consideration for your child's seat.

  • Priority is reserved for families who pre‑enroll.
  • We strongly encourage completing this step early, as space is limited and may fill before full enrollment opens.

Your deposit is applied toward your enrollment fee. Deposits are fully refunded if we are unable to offer a seat.

Families among the first five to pre‑enroll will receive a 10% reduction in monthly tuition for the first year of enrollment.

  • Those who complete the pre‑enrollment process are reviewed first and invited to complete the full enrollment application to secure their child’s seat.
  • Remaining seats open to waitlisted families once priority families are placed.

Common Enrollment Questions
When will I hear if my child has a spot?
Beginning in early 2027, pre‑enrollment families are invited to complete full enrollment ahead of waitlisted families.
What does the pre‑enrollment deposit do?
The deposit secures priority consideration for admission. Families offered placement have their deposit applied toward the enrollment fee. Families not offered placement receive a full refund.
What if my child's birthday falls near the cutoff?
We review each family individually and are happy to talk through whether OliveTree is the right fit for your child's age and developmental stage. Reach out anytime.
